About Me

I’m Eliza, a senior occupational therapist based in the Adelaide Hills and the founder of Summertown Occupational Therapy. I provide mobile, NDIS-funded services across the Adelaide hills - supporting children and adults in the places that matter most: their homes, schools, and communities.

With years of experience working across South Australia, I’ve supported clients across the lifespan with a wide range of physical and neurodevelopmental conditions. I’ve held senior clinical roles, contributed to service development, supervised junior therapists, and delivered professional development across the sector. I bring both hands-on expertise and leadership insight to every client I work with.

I hold a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with First Class Honours from the University of South Australia, and my published research explores children’s wellbeing, socio-economic disadvantage, and after-school participation. This academic foundation strengthens my practice and ensures every recommendation is grounded in evidence.

As a sole practitioner, I work directly with every client and family — offering Functional Capacity Assessments, assistive technology prescription, home modifications, and goal-based therapy to help achieve NDIS goals. I travel to you, making therapy more accessible, comfortable, and relevant to your everyday life.

I believe therapy should be practical, transparent, and empowering. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique strengths and challenges. Whether you’re seeking clarity through assessment or hands-on support to build independence, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, integrity, and professional insight.
